Take a break and care for yourself at the library! Each week in our meetings rooms, we will be hosting fun and relaxing classes designed to boost your health and happiness.

Energize your day with Qi-Gong! Sessions are every Tuesday at 6:15 p.m. and Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with Ruthie Hill.

What is Qi-Gong?

An ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathing, and meditation to balance your energy. It helps reduce stress, boost health, and improve mindfulness - accessible for all ages and fitness levels.
